Kapar Energy Ventures Sdn Bhd (KEV) is one of the many Independent Power Producers (IPP) and the largest IPP in the country at this moment with maximum capacity of 2,420 Megawatt.

CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENT:
  • Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Enterprise Asset Management System which consist of MAXIMO Strategic Asset Management system and SunSystem Financial Management system.

  • Supply and Installation of Hardware Infrastructures to support the Enterprise Asset Management System.

  • Implement and commission the system in 6 months period of time.

NATURE OF SOLUTION:
  • Being the largest IPP and independent from TNB, KEV requires an Enterprise Asset Management system to support its entire operation and maintenance of the plant. They require the system to replace the SAP ERMS solution that they were using previously.

  • The scope of the project is inclusive of supply of both the application software, and the entire implementation services of the system. It covers installation and setup, system requirement study, system build and configuration, system testing, user training, system integration, system commissioning and post implementation support. It also covers the mapping of KEV’s work process flow into the system.
